Kids are so much fun to work with! I love nurturing their imaginations through arts and crafts, pretend play and encouraging new learning by giving them developmentally-appropriate opportunities. I have been in the childcare business for over 20 years. I've worked in several daycare facilities and preschools as well as working for private families and groups. For 7 years I ran my own in home daycare but ended up closing it due to covid and at the same time birthing my daughter. I have recently moved, the covid pandemic is behind us hopefully and I have reopened my in-home daycare so I can continue doing what I love. Hello, my name is Summer and I am currently a junior at the University of Cincinnati, studying early childhood education in hopes to be an elementary school teacher. Over the years I have babysat and nannied for many families, and children aged 0 to 13.
