Hello! I have always enjoyed working with young children. I began working at a daycare when I was 18 in the infant room. I stayed for 3 years until I was offered a job at a prestigious daycare for the preschool teaching position. I later left when offered a nanny position with a family from my old daycare. I then nannied for 8 years with a few wonderful families. I am currently dispatching full time from 4pm to midnight and nannying part time. I'm looking for a loving, positive environment, and look forward to meeting your family!

My name is Cynthia. I am married and the mother of three boys, ages 6, 5, and 12 months. For the first four years of our boy's lives, I cared for our children in our home. The first three years of a child's life are invaluable and my ability to be with them during these critical years is one I will always be grateful for. Our day consisted of lots of outdoor play, trips to local parks and reserves, art and reading. Above all it was important to me to involve my children in the simplicity of the day. Everything that we did was used to feed their whole sense of self. From going to the farmer's market, library, hikes, or even gardening at home, my children thrived when they were involved in experiencing the day with me. When school age approached, myhusband and I enrolled or boys in a local private school that we felt best suited the learning style and curriculum that we had been implementing in our home. Due to the healthy rhythms and activities that were familiar to our children, the transition was seamless. I began nannying as my children started their journey at school. I was left with the desire to start this process again. My strong belief in the importance of children being at home from birth to age three overflowed into my newfound career. I have been honored to work for two incredible families in the last four years. I have watched their children grow and developed lifelong relationships with them. I am looking to begin a new journey with a family; one who shares the same love of child nurturing that I do. I prefer to nanny from your home to ensure a consistent environment for your child/children. Healthy foods, minimal screen time, and outdoor play are some of the fundamentals that will drive our daily routine. Some of my parenting techniques include: "RIE" as well as "Lifeways Childcare Providers." I am currently working on my Lifeways Child Care certification. I have a daily rate which includes gas for travel and cost of activities. I have annual memberships to Stan Hwyett Hall and Gardens, Akron Zoo, Hale Farm, The Museum of Natural History and Loyal Oak Lake. I am CPR trained and certified. I offer light cleaning, shopping, laundry, meal preparation, school/ activities transportation, and play dates. For your benefit and mine, I ask for a four week trial period. During this time we can determine if I am the best fit for your family.

I have 2 nieces and a nephew that I adore. Being around children gives you a fresh perspective that is needed within adult minds. I used to work at a daycare for about a year with kids ranging from month old babies to middle school children. I volunteered for the zoo and helped with the zoo camp. I also was able to teach a couple lessons to second graders. I used to tutor high school students and help them out with their homework. I also used to babysit and value outside time to play.

Boy mom here! I have over 13 years of experience in the medical field, along with extensive childcare experience prior to that. I worked as a nanny for 3–4 families and spent 12 years at Lewis Little Folks, NASA’s on-site childcare center. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with children ranging in age from 6 weeks to 13 years old. I began babysitting neighborhood children at a young age and obtained my first daycare position at a local center near my home. As a nanny, my responsibilities included preparing and serving breakfast and lunch, transporting children to and from school, chaperoning playdates and field trips, planning age-appropriate outings, and providing light housekeeping. I pride myself on being reliable, nurturing, and attentive to each child’s individual needs.

MY EXPERIENCE I am blessed to be a mom, but my baby is now an adult and out on his own! I am a stepmom to a live-in young adult male with autism, and this experience has taught me how to communicate in a whole new way. In addition to being a parent, I was a babysitter for many years in my teens. I currently babysit the children of extended family members whenever possible! WHY I LOVE IT I was recently laid off from my corporate job and have decided to switch gears and follow my heart by pursuing a part-time job caring for children. Working with children makes me happy. I truly enjoy watching them grow and live life to their potential. Being a part of that journey is extremely rewarding. As a parent, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your children. I am someone who will show up, engage with your children, help them develop, and reinforce your household routines and rules. MY SKILLS & TRAINING - Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certified - Patient, trustworthy, kind, and caring - Fun, energetic, like to play games and be creative - Enjoy the outdoors (hiking, water and snow skiing, etc) - I am a dog person. I grew up with dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, gerbils, fish, and a few birds. I enjoy most pets. Exceptions are snakes and hairy spiders, but I can deal with them if they are in a secure cage:)

Hi, my name is Silvia and I'm 44 years old. I have been working with children for more than 20 years. I’m fluent in Spanish and English. I earned an associated degree in Early Childhood Development at Tri C. I work with children based in their needs and interests. I encourage their physical, emotional, cognitive and social development. I like doing different activities with children such as playing puzzles, making arts and crafts, sing songs, blow bubbles, play dolls or cars, blocks, board games, make sensory recipes (play doh, flubber and others), dramatic play, read books and so on. I would like to let you know more about my experience. I have references available if we find out that this is a good match. Currently I work for a nice family. It's been almost 6 years of taking care two little ones, but now it's time for them to go to school. Thank you.

Hi! I’m a second-year student at Ohio State University’s (online) , majoring in Occupational Science with a minor in Child Development. I’m working toward becoming a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, specifically in pediatrics, because my love for working with kids runs deep and continues to grow every year. I’ve coached for the Strongsville Rec “Sea Monkeys” swim team for two years, working with ages 4–17, and I’ve gained hands-on childcare experience across multiple age groups. At Learn N Grow, I worked with children ages 5 months–12 years old, and at Sweet Kiddles—where I’ve been since late November—I currently work with ages 5 months–4 years. ’m now looking for a long-term babysitting position where I can bring my experience, patience, and energy to a family while continuing my college journey. I love reading, shopping, cooking, and cleaning, and I’m always flexible and willing to help however I’m needed. My goal is to make your family’s experience easy, supportive, and genuinely great! * I’m very flexible with times so just send me a message about what you prefer ! **
