I’ve never actually applied for a position as a nanny before but I have a big family so I pretty much grew up watching my younger cousins 24/7. I also have experience working in childcare, however, I haven’t worked since March of 2024 when I had my child. I definitely enjoy being around kids, childcare was probably one of my top favorite jobs minus the adults that I worked with. Childcare is probably one of the most drama filled jobs I’ve ever worked in. Despite all the drama, the kids definitely made it worth going to work. I’ve worked for a majority of curriculum based daycares and loved it. Being able to be apart of a child’s development and to watch them grow developmentally day-to-day is one of the most rewarding feelings ever.
