I love seeing their little personalities develop and helping them learn new skills. I like working with them daily to promote independence in teaching them basic routines and appropriate responsibilities, like learning to put on their shoes/jacket or learning to wash their hands before meals. My favorite experiences with children are when they learn something or you congratulate them on an achievement and they smile so big and are so proud of themselves! It's just priceless.
