I started watching kids when a friend was looking for help for a relative, and I was between long-term substitute positions. I worked with that family for six years. I then did another long-term substitute position and Covid hit. I was lucky enough to find another wonderful family to work for during the past two years, but the youngest just started full day kindergarten.
