My names Cherise and I am 28 years old. I'm originally from England but came to America to be an au pair and was living with a wonderful family and their three kids for 2 whole years. The youngest being 3 months when I started with them, it was definitely hard to say goodbye. Unfortunately my time with them ended but now I'm lucky enough to continue living in America with my husband so I can visit them whenever I want to. What works for one child might not work for another so getting to know the child is important and helps create a special bond. I have also taken first aid courses whilst I was in the daycare and while preparing to be an au pair so I am comfortable with first aid in children, even babies. I'm a happy, caring and reliable person and I love spending time with children I'd also consider myself a creative person, painting, baking cookies, making stuff with the children or just singing and dancing around with them. I may not be the best at drawing or dancing, but I still enjoy getting involved and joining in with them anyway.
