My experience as a childcare worker is extensive. I have been a nanny, babysitter, household assistant, pet-sitter, and caregiver. I can work flexible hours, and I try to be available at the last minute if the need arises. I am a patient and calm person, who likes to enjoy life and being with children and animals. Laughing and taking it one step at a time.

Lisa moved her schedule around to help us out when another sitter cancelled last minute. She showed up early, came very well prepared and our two kids gave her great reviews! We will definitely use her again.

Well I love children of all ages but my absolute favorite are infants and toddlers. They grow so fast and are so amazing to entertain and teach! I love the outdoors and walks with my family's children, I also love arts and crafts, I'm not big on TV and video games. I also have experience with special needs children and find that so rewarding and amazing as well.

When I was in high school I worked at Goldfish Swim school for 2 years as a swim instructor for kids of all ages. I also worked at Dots and Doodles for a little over 2 years. Lea watched my kids (2 and 4) when we were in a bind with after school care. She was responsible, reliable, attentive, showed up on time, and my kids loved her. I will definitely use her again.

Hey my name is Hannah & im currently a sahm & have been for the past three years! I used to work as a correctional officer and before that I was a direct support professional where I took care of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities but I’m looking for a side job. I have reliable transportation as well as I car, I have diabetes training, I have my child abuse clearance, as well as the other clearances and I have first aid training. In the past I have also worked in daycares. The jobs I’ve had have mainly been where I’m taking care of people. I love working in the fields I have because I know that I am actually helping people who are in need of it. I’m not a super outgoing person until I establish a relationship with the individuals I am working with. Everyone will tell you I have a big heart, I’m kind, I’m hardworking, and that my biggest strength is caring for others. To me when you are working with individuals, especially children, you’re not just some there to be there. You’re an important role in their life. You’re there to help them grow and learn. You should be their role model if you’re going to work a job like this. Kids notice the way you act, they pick up on the words you say, etc. and I feel as though you should need to be a person that can show them how to have the upmost respect for others so they aren’t being taught the wrong thing.

I'm a college student majoring in finance, but one of my biggest passions outside of school is working with kids. I’ve had several years of experience in both structured childcare settings and private babysitting roles. I started as a summer camp counselor, where I was responsible for leading groups of young children through daily activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play while keeping them safe and engaged. That experience really taught me how to manage multiple kids at once and how important it is to build trust and routine. I've also volunteered as a classroom aide and church group leader, which gave me even more experience working with children across different age groups and personalities. I’ve babysat for families in my neighborhood, helping with everything from after-school pickups and homework help to bedtime routines and meal prep. In addition to hands-on experience, I’m certified in CPR and First Aid, and I’ve worked with children who have special needs, including those with anxiety and dyslexia. I take a calm, patient, and positive approach to caregiving, and I always try to create an environment where children feel heard, safe, and encouraged to be themselves.
