My name is Tracy. I have been married for 36 years. My husband and I have raised five great kids! We have 4 grandchildren! We moved from Arkansas to the Carolinas in 2019. We currently live in the Edgewater Community in Lancaster. I have been blessed to be a stay-at-home mom for the last 24 years. However, I did work outside of the home for the first 11 years of parenthood, so I understand the challenges and pressures of juggling a family, keeping up with a home and a full-time job. During my time at home I homeschooled for six years before transitioning my children to a private school. They have since graduated high school and college (two are still in college). We are a close family that still has Sunday dinner most every week. As a mom of five I understand that children are created with their own individual personalities. While families and siblings share a lot in common, each person is unique in the way they learn, think, respond and react to circumstances and the world around them. I know the importance of routine and structure (this was how I maintained my sanity as I raised my family), but I also know how to have fun. My children are now grown, and I am ready to begin working outside of the home again. With a 24 year gap on my resume, it has proven difficult to re-enter the business world I was in before coming home to raise a family.
