I first got my experience with caring for children with my own siblings whom are between the ages of 6 through 17 now. I cared and nurtured them since they were newborns. I volunteered at Ruby J Johnson Headstart loving and caring for the infants, and toddlers. I helped feed the children, assisted with hygiene care, I also helped with daily activities as well as ensuring the safety of the children. I will be attending school hopefully within the next few months in hopes of becoming a children's nurse, so I believe this is the perfect start and exposure for working with beautiful children of all types.
