I'm a high school graduate on a gap year before returning to school this fall. I hope to study business or something similar. I've been working full time in the food industry during this off period from school, but I hope to work with kids and transition to a different schedule. I grew up in a homeschool community where kids were always expected to care for one another, whether it be park day, carpool, or homework. Most of my experience has been within this group, serving family friends with kids of all ages whenever needed. I have also assisted in church nursery over the years. Despite having only a year of paid experience, I think I make a suitable sitter, as I am punctual, organized, and bubbly. Additionally, I have lived with and raised my nephew from birth over the past year, so I am well equipped to deal with infants.

Growing up with 5 younger siblings built my love for children from a young age. Since 2015 I have worked in church nurseries, preschools, and private homes. I was Assistant Teacher for the 2-Year-Old's class at Upstate Children's Center in Walhalla, SC from 2019-2020 and a Full Time Nanny 2021-2022. I particularly love working with children under the age of 5 as I find it easy to speak their language and meet their needs. I currently own my own photography business but am looking for a full time or part time nanny position as I am returning to school this semester to complete a Massage Therapy Licensure Program. I'm open to working in households that need light housekeeping as well as childcare. I can provide ample references, I have my own vehicle (insured and perfect for transporting kiddos) and I am CPR certified. For the past 8 years, I have been a realtor which has allowed me the flexibility and income to be able to put my children's needs first. However, real estate does not give me the sense of purpose that I previously found in Teaching and/or being a private Nanny.
