I have had experience as a Lead Teacher at our church for Parents Day Out (PDO) as of January, 2026. I had 14, 1-2yr olds (12 mnths- 24 mnths+). The children filtered out as they aged/obtained the life skills they needed in order to move up in classes. By the time I completed this job in July, I had had anywhere from 14-30 students in total. I enjoy teaching children how to walk, talk, clean up toys, reading to them, and helping them grow. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old myself. I am also a youth pastors wife and have helped in various churches in the children’s ministries of all age groups. I have lots of experience and really enjoy teaching. I have also been a substitute teacher, long term sub, and a teacher’s aid. I am CPR and AED certified as well.

I have done childcare for over 35years. I have been married to my husband for 25yrs. We are parents of two girls and just finalized the adoption of our girls in February 2022!
