Now I have moved back to my hometown and going to begin classes this fall at the University of Tennessee. My sister and I are ten years apart; therefore, I have grown up watching and caring for her. Throughout high school I volunteered at my local church's Mother's day out watching and caring for children ranging from infants to four years of age, particularly focusing on infants. I have also volunteered through National Honors Society assisting in the first grade classroom. Additionally, I have four years of paid experience through babysitting two younger boys, one 2 years old and other 4 years old who is autistic and nonverbal, who I would care for, feed, take to various appointments or family events, etc. Furthermore, I have experience with all ages ranging from toddlers through pre-teens through teaching dance at my local dance studio. I am CPR certified and have extensive experience caring for children of all ages, with a strong focus on infants and toddlers. I am known for being patient, responsible, and dependable. In addition, I have my own car; therefore, transportation will not be a problem. I am comfortable with pets; I have grown up living with pets my whole life. I oversaw staff and daily operations, hired and trained new team members on child safety and licensing requirements, and managed a wide range of engaging curriculum and enrichment activities for children of all ages. I’ve had extensive experience juggling groups of children with mixed ages and creating a fun, nurturing space where every child felt included and cared for. I stepped away from the director role in February due to shifting time demands and to rebalance time with my own family, but I remain deeply connected to the mission of helping families thrive. Now that my daughter is a little older, I’m hoping to return to nannying and bringing her along with me. She’s super friendly, independent, and gentle with both babies and older kids. She’s fully vaccinated and truly thrives around other children. Hello! I’m Jennifer from Dandridge, Tn. I’m 47 years old. I have a 25 year old daughter. I’m currently an Area Supervisor with McDonalds fast food restaurant. I’m working on my 25th year with McDonalds and am considering a career change. I feel like working as a nanny would be a job that I would be excited to do daily. I love children, have patience, a great personality, energetic, very dependable, and trustworthy.

I am a stay at home mom of two wonderful preschoolers. I try to maximize our time outdoors and encourage open ended creative play. I am nutritionally conscious and prioritize offering minimally processed whole foods and proteins instead of highly processed sugary products for meals and snacks. While I do not have paid experience in childcare, I do consider myself to be sufficiently qualified. For approximately 10 years I volunteered at a church children's program. I lead songs, read stories, organized crafts and other fun activities. I have previously been CPR certified by have not renewed my certification. With life expenses increasing I am looking to help off set those costs by supplementing my husband's income. I am looking for the opportunity to care for additional children while I am caring for my own. On several occasions I have voluntarily cared for additional children from 1 to 13 years old and my children have been very receptive to having additional friends to play and learn with for the day. I am going to school next year to be a family therapist I absolutely love kids and have babysit and Nannied in the past I would love to have more of a ongoing nanny experience I just graduated high school and know how to work the online education pretty well! And I believe nannying should include cleaning up the house, watching any animals and straightening up!
