I am a responsible and dependable individual. I am certified in CPR and have spent three years as a lifeguard, ensuring the safety and well-being of others. My experience with kids includes babysitting, providing after-school care, and organizing fun, educational activities. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where children feel comfortable and valued. I enjoy spending time with kids and have a knack for engaging them in creative, enjoyable activities. My background in lifeguarding has also taught me how to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently. Parents can trust me to keep their children safe, entertained, and well cared for. I am excited to bring my experience, skills, and positive attitude to every babysitting opportunity.

Growing up in a big family, I have always been surrounded by many kids of all ages. As I grew up I realized that my true passion and calling was to be surrounded by happy, loving and fun children. I enjoy making a difference in their lives by bonding with them and making great memories. While also integrating learning and game time. My job as a nanny not only includes the children, but the whole family. I like to work closely with the parents to create a bond with them as well. I am Cpr certified, a mother, reliable, trustworthy and would love the opportunity to work with your children.

Hello! My name is Michelle and I’m a college student studying to be a nurse so you know how challenging my school schedule will be. Lucky for me I have the opportunity to be able to take care of your kids! I love children of all ages and I used to work in a day care at the YMCA. Working there expanded my knowledge of the endless ways to keep children entertained by having fun and staying safe! I grew up being the youngest in my family so I was left with the feeling of wanting a younger sibling. Then my sister blessed me with two beautiful nieces that I took care of on a daily basis. My love for kids just grew even more! Sadly, I moved away for college but now that means I have time to take care for your kids!

I am a Texas certified Special Education Teacher. This summer I will again be in Houston for the month of July. If you are looking to hire someone fun and experienced to take your child(ren) on a educational/ cultural play dates during the week this post may just for you! I am currently taking requests for home and outing play dates. Here’s a little more about my experience: My first experience in Education began in 2009, when I had my first job (out of high school) working at La Fe Preparatory School as a 2nd grade Teachers Aid and Special Education Tutor. It was during this time I was later approached and asked to help in being the teacher/childcare to help start up the new afternoon daycare program that would become available for students completing GED through the AmeriCorp Build program. That summer I would give back to a program I was apart of at UT Arlington called Upward Bound Math & Science, by becoming a Resident Advisor and Duet Acting Coach; serving high school students living on campus for 6 weeks for a summer residential institute aimed at helping students prepare for college. While in college I worked 3 years at a learning center and began providing care for 2 years olds, later with infants before later being requested to move up to pre-K to teach the first group of 2 year olds I had when they moved on to pre-K. Other experiences include working at a children’s home when I lived 24/7 for weeks at a time, caring for a home of 8 young girls then moving up with them to the house of middle/high school children. I would aid in all the driving of a 12 passenger van to take children to school and all medical appointments. I was in charge of any special purchase requests, home schedules such as chores as well as weekend activities. In addition to planning summer and vacation activities for my "cottage home" such as outings, crafts, and movie nights. Additional key experience include caring for disabled elderly, overnight and early morning. In charge of bed time, changing, medication, waking, lifting, showering, clothing, making breakfast and assisting in feeding all four residents who lived in the home. It is my teaching philosophy "children learn through play and practice"; as a child care provider I have learned how to create engaging lesson plans and curriculum age appropriate to a child’s development. I believe in making every experience a learning and memorable one. Thank you for your time and consideration.
