I am great with all ages (prefer toddlers 👶 ) I started working with children after High School during the summer as a Camp Counselor making sure they were safe during pool time and doing fun activities and crafts. I then became a teacher at a daycare caring for a toddler class changing diapers, being on a schedule, and making learning activities. Then I got the opportunity to work with private families as a Nanny washing bottles, going to the park and going to the local library for story time and engaging with other children. I’m very passionate about what I do, and enjoy watching the littles ones grow and learn under my care. I am looking for 30-40 hours a week in the morning 8am-4pm. My rate is $20-$25 an hour. Monday-Friday! Date nights too. Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns that any of you may have. Hello, I understand that finding a reliable babysitter can be a challenging task, and it's essential to choose someone who can take care of your child with love and compassion. I have been a babysitter for over two decades, and I have cared for children of all ages, from newborns to 12-year-olds. I have a deep understanding of how to organize children's activities, feed them, bathe them, and put them to bed, along with changing diapers and performing other necessary duties. In addition to babysitting, I have worked as an assistant and substitute full-time Pre-K teacher and a part-time religious education teacher. I have a clean criminal and driving record, and I am certified in Infant and Adult CPR and First Aid. I can also teach primary sign language, and I have received excellent feedback from both parents and children for my caring and compassionate nature. I understand that taking care of children is not just about feeding them and keeping them safe; it's also about providing them with a nurturing environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive. That's why I organize fun educational games, crafts, and outside activities for the children in my care. I can also run errands, grocery shopping, meal prep, and light household duties such as organizing closets, toy rooms, and basic accounting. I believe that children deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and understanding, and I always strive to provide them with the care and attention they need. I have an Associates Degree in Business and Drama, and I am a certified professional in Education, Childhood Development, and Learning Differences. I enjoy walking, outside activities, music, and arts & crafts, and I am confident that I can provide your child with the care and attention they require. Thank you for considering me as your babysitter. I am available to interview and to answer any further questions you may have. I can provide additional references upon request. Warm Regards - Debbie

Hello my name is Kamryn Shoffstall, I am 26 years old and have 5 years experience working professionally within childcare facilities and 8 years babysitting. I also have nanny experience within my own home while living upon a military base and out of my current home for a year and a half. I have had extensive background checks and maintain a clean driving record. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have my own transportation and can pick up and drop off if needed. I know how hard it can be to find trustworthy people to care for your children, I am here to help you out! I know this is different but I prefer doing care out of my own home as my home is set up to accommodate more children including my own. I have a 4 year old girl and 11 month old girl. We have a kid friendly home with toys and activities for all age ranges. We do have stairs but have baby gates at top and bottom. Our upstairs is a loft like area that is full of toys, a whiteboard and learning posters. There is also a bathroom and bedroom that is not regularly used. This room could be used for naps or rest time. We have baby locked cabinets in the kitchen and a potty seat for small children.

Kamryn and Rae Rae are amazing! I needed someone to help with my breastfed baby while I worked from home and she was very experienced and cared for both babies. They loved playing together as well! I would highly recommend her.

Why Do I Love Being a Sitter? I love being a sitter because it gives me the chance to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for children. As a mother of one daughter who is now out of state attending dental school, I’ve always found caring for children incredibly fulfilling. Having just one child has made me treasure the opportunity to nurture and connect with kids, which is why babysitting feels so rewarding to me. Building trust with both children and parents is something I deeply value. What Experience Do I Have? I have extensive experience caring for children and also have a background in caring for the elderly, which has taught me patience, empathy, and responsibility. I’ve worked with children of all ages, from infants to school-aged kids, and I’m confident in managing their daily routines, ensuring their safety, and making their day enjoyable. What Skills and Training Do I Have? I am fluent in Spanish and enjoy incorporating it into caregiving, whether it’s helping bilingual families or teaching children basic words. While I’m still improving my English, I can communicate well and ensure clear understanding with both children and parents. I’m currently working on reactivating my CPR certification to ensure I’m always prepared. My skills include safely driving kids to and from school or activities, engaging in creative play, and assisting with light housework to help keep things running smoothly at home. I’m excited to bring dedication, care, and enthusiasm to your family!

Gabriela has been taking care of our 2 children (3 and 6) for almost 1 year and she's been absolutely amazing. We were lucky to find her shortly after moving to Austin with no family to lean on: dependable, affectionate, and always accommodating, she quickly got up to speed with the child care duties and our entire family grew incredibly fond of her. Our children at times would cry when her shift ended and didn't want to let her leave. This tells you all there is to know. We highly recommend Gabriela to any family looking for a trusted, caring sitter.

I love working with kids. I’ve been babysitting for over six years and also gained experience caring for children at a play center. I enjoy playing, coloring, singing, dancing—anything that brings a smile to a child’s face. I recently graduated from the University of Arkansas in May, and am working towards becoming a pediatrician. Babysitting is a wonderful way for me to continue building skills that will prepare me for that career.

I am a caring, responsible, and bilingual (Spanish/English) caregiver with nearly 20 years of experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to school-age. My background combines both professional and personal experience — as a babysitter, nanny, Au Pair, and proud mom of two wonderful boys (now 8 and 9). I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree, which, while not directly related to childcare, reflect my commitment, discipline, and professionalism. Families can count on me to be reliable, organized, and attentive in every detail of their child’s care. My childcare journey started early. When my youngest brother was born, I gained hands-on experience as a teenager. In 2007, I became an Au Pair in Falls Church, VA, caring full-time for a 5-year-old girl and later a newborn baby boy. Since then, I’ve continued to provide childcare for many families, from infants as young as a few months old to energetic preschoolers and elementary-age children. As a mom myself, I understand the importance of patience, safety, and nurturing a child’s growth at every stage. I enjoy creating a warm environment with activities like reading stories, arts and crafts, outdoor play, board games, and simple educational activities that encourage creativity and development. I also love preparing healthy meals and snacks that children enjoy. I am CPR and First Aid certified and can provide excellent references upon request. Families describe me as reliable, nurturing, and fully engaged with their children. I always keep open communication with parents so they feel confident and supported. My availability is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM. I am seeking a family who values a loving, professional caregiver to support their child’s daily routine, growth, and happiness.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Melissa to take care of our 1-year old son. She worked as our full-time nanny for three months. She is warm, dependable, and truly attentive. She consistently stayed on top of our baby’s feeding and sleep schedule and even prepared healthy meals for him. Melissa was amazingly patient—especially since he wasn’t sleep trained—and she kept him happily engaged with creative play and interaction, with no screen time. If we ever need a babysitter again, Melissa will definitely be our first choice.

Mejone was absolutely incredible with all four of my children, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she brought such a warm, calming, and positive presence into our home that immediately made both me and my kids feel comfortable and at ease. Managing four children can be a lot, but Mejone handled it effortlessly with patience, organization, and genuine care. She has a natural ability to connect with children of different ages and personalities. Each of my kids felt seen, heard, and valued, which meant so much to me as a parent. She was attentive to their individual needs while still maintaining structure and routine, which helped everything run smoothly day to day. Mejone was consistently reliable, punctual, and professional. I never had to worry when my children were in her care because I knew they were safe, well cared for, and happy. She balanced being nurturing and compassionate with being firm when needed, which created a respectful and positive environment for my kids. What really stood out was how engaged she was with them. She didn’t just supervise she actively participated in their day, whether that meant organizing fun and creative activities, helping with learning and development, or simply spending quality time talking and playing with them. My children genuinely looked forward to the time they spent with her, which speaks volumes. She also communicated very well with me, always keeping me informed and providing updates that gave me peace of mind. It’s rare to find someone who is not only trustworthy and dependable but also truly passionate about what they do, and Mejone is exactly that. Having Mejone as our nanny was such a blessing to our family. Any family would be lucky to have her, and I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated, caring, and exceptional nanny.
