Hi! My name is Sara and I am a small business owner here in Richmond. I was a college athlete and graduated from the University of Virginia with Masters in Adapted Physical Education. I was an elementary school teacher for 5+ years before I left teaching to pursue my business full-time. When I lived in Charlottesville, I helped organize and coached an elementary and middle school fitness program which focused on getting kids running before school and motivating them to race in local races. When I am able to visit my family, my three awesome nephews (all under the age of 4) definitely keep me busy! I enjoy being outside, being active and taking my 9 year old pup on walks. I am CPR and First Aid certified.
