Providing childcare isn't just a job, it's accepting to play a large role in a child's life and help guide them as they grow and develop. I love fun and smiles but I also like to promote educational activities appropriate to the child's age (for example going over the alphabet or doing puzzles with a toddler, or practicing tummy time with an infant!) I don't mind embarrassing myself for a laugh (well for the kids at least)! It's so easy to make them smile and I absolutely love doing it.
