For the past 7 years I have been a nanny, splitting my time between multiple families, almost all of whom have had at least two children ranging from 3 months old to 7 years old. Before nannying I worked at an autism center for 5 years, first as a behavior therapist, and eventually as a clinical supervisor. I have been bringing my son to work with ume since he was 6 months old, so he is very used to it.
