Melina babysat my kids a few nights ago. She was flexible, on-time, and polite. My kids really enjoyed having her as a babysitter and even asked if she can babysit them again.

I enjoy engaging with children of all ages in safe, fun and educational activities. I worked at a busy kid's club for 18 years with children ranging in age between 6 months and 12 years old. I currently work with children at a nursery. I have held a wide range of babysitting jobs. I have a number of clients who request me regularly.

Julie has been an amazing cat sitter for us. She has watched our cat many times now and has been consistently reliable, trustworthy, and paid attention to the important details. It's very apparent how much she loves spending time with our kitty and how seriously she takes a job. I'd highly recommend Julie to anyone looking for pet care!

I am a child care teacher, nanny, and now mom to a high school senior in. I work as a school district ECE teacher Sept-June and am doing some Weekend care for extra money. For a number of years I was a nanny in exchange for rent and did after hours care and evening and weekend routines with children 1 years old to age 10, including helping with chores and school work and getting them ready for bed. I enjoy doing cooking, dramatic play, and art with children and I make sure to get them some exercise and quiet time when with them for long stretches of time.

Rebecca sat for my 4 and 7 year old kids for an evening. She was communicative, professional and reliable. The kids were very comfortable with her as soon as she arrived. She has clearly spent a lot of time with children. I would highly recommend Rebecca!

My name is Samantha and I am a mother of two youngsters! I have worked for three years as a parent coordinator in co-op preschool with kids from 1 to 5. Additionally, I have nanny experience, new born night care experience and regular babysitter experience. Childcare is by far the best career choice I could have ever made. My approach to childcare is play based and rich in art, books, baking and any other activity kids enjoy. What makes me different from other babysitters is that I come to the job with a range of thoughtful and helpful ideas. Firstly, I help teach children effective solutions for issues that arise for anything from sharing to communicating their needs. Secondly, I go above and beyond to anticipate how I can help parents. This means that at the end of a babysitting night all the toys and dishes are all put back and clean. Lastly, I hope you'll choose me because I am a parent and that gives me an insight into what raising a child feels like. I bring ideas, empathy, and care into my work. I see childcare as a three fold job: caring for the children, the family as a whole and the house. Parents know their children better than anyone so I always take parent input seriously and appreciate any feedback along the way. My schedule: Evenings on weekdays - 7:30pm to 1am. Weekends anytime. My rate is $33/hour for 1 child $35/hour for 2 & 3 children and $ 40 for 4. I can care for up to 6 children in a sitting. (Rates negotiable) Thank you so much!

I am a warm, conscientious, positive and reliable person and the mother of four young adults, one an All survivor. I was active in their schools and activities and am used to those routines. For 13 years I worked with groups of elementary aged children in science enrichment programs as well as supervising and instructing in summer camp settings. For the last five years I have worked as a before school nanny for one family, and afternoons as a family assistant to another family with teenagers. For three years I have been an after school/camp nanny for 2 additional families. I also provide child care nights and weekends for several other families on an occasional basis. I love working with children, watching them grow and develop their special talents. I have a flexible schedule and try to accommodate your needs.

Kimberly was great to work with. Her attention to my cats made me feel confident in her care. There were no worries during our absence and the kitties were well adjusted when we returned. Thank you, Kimberly!

It was such a relief to have Lanaya as our first childcare experience. As a new mom, I’m still figuring quite a few things out, and I often leaned on Lanaya for advice. She is enthusiastic, creative, flexible, and wonderful with children. My son absolutely loved her. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!

Hello! My name is Marisa, and I am looking for a wonderful family (preschool or elementary age) to support as a part-time nanny. I have a lifelong passion for working with children and a wealth of experience to draw from. I studied early childhood education in college and worked as a Pre-K teacher before stepping away to raise my four children. They are all grown, and my husband and I have entered a new phase of empty nesting! Throughout my years as a stay-at-home mom, my life has revolved around children—volunteering in my children’s classrooms, teaching young children at church, and babysitting for friends. I love watching children grow in confidence, independence, and creativity. My approach is rooted in play-based learning, which, I believe, inspires curiosity and critical thinking. I enjoy guiding children through open-ended projects that encourage discovery and problem-solving in a fun and engaging way. I believe in firm, but gentle parenting: setting boundaries, calmly redirecting unwanted behaviors, positive reinforcement, natural consequences, encouraging empathy, and above all, showing lots of love. I strive to help each child I interact with feel safe, valued, and important. My most recent nanny experience has been a dream--supporting an amazing multilingual family. I have loved helping their elementary-age child build confidence with English through everyday conversation and playful learning. I am dedicated to nurturing and advocating for children, and I consider it a privilege to support their development. Thank you for considering me as part of your family’s caregiving team—I look forward to meeting you!

Mariia I.
Marisa has been with our family for the past year and a half (with our now 7.5yo girl), and I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is an incredible nanny and has become a very important person in our lives. One of the things I appreciate most about Marisa is how calm, steady, and genuinely kind she is. She brings this wonderful sense of stability into our home, the feeling that everything is going to be okay. And somehow that works not only on the child, but on the parents too! She is also remarkably present with our daughter. When our daughter wants to tell her a story or explain something she is excited about, Marisa really listens. She takes her interests seriously, asks questions, remembers things, and genuinely engages with whatever happens to be fascinating her at the moment. That kind of attention is surprisingly rare, and I think it is a big part of why they have built such a strong and trusting relationship. Our daughter always looks forward to seeing Marisa and makes plans for what they are going to do together. Marisa is also wonderfully creative and thoughtful about how they spend their time. She brings games, activities, and ideas based on our daughter's current interests. At one point she brought Monopoly because she knew how much our daughter loves math, and they ended up practicing mental arithmetic and working with money while playing. It was such a simple, clever way to turn something she already loved into a learning experience without making it feel like "learning". They cook and bake together, make cookies and cupcakes, play board games, do projects, and spend time outside. Marisa is great at finding that balance between following a child's lead and gently introducing something new. On top of all of that, she is exceptionally reliable and punctual. We have always felt completely comfortable knowing that when Marisa is with our daughter, she is in capable, caring hands. After a year and a half together, we very much hope to have Marisa in our lives for a long time. She is a truly wonderful nanny and a wonderful person. Any family lucky enough to work with her will have found someone very special.

Saanvi was an absolute gift to our family. She cared for our two-year-old with so much warmth, energy, and genuine love - exactly what a toddler needs! She was hands-on, playful, and incredibly flexible, which made every day feel great. What stood out just as much was how professional and reliable she was. She was always punctual, respected our schedule, and communicated beautifully throughout. We always felt informed and completely at ease. We could not recommend Saanvi more highly. She is great with children!
