I spend most of my free time exploring with my golden retriever, Grace. I enjoy a large variety of hobbies, such as hiking, photography, music, crafts, and sports. -Childcare Background & Approach- I have over 15 years of experience caring for children from infancy through the teenage years. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, stable environment with a focus on fun, learning, and balance. I routinely plan outings, activities, etc. to keep them engaged and happy while also ensuring that they have downtime to recharge. I recognize that all families and all children are different, can quickly adapt my approach based on the uniqueness of each child and the needs of the family. I’m currently looking for a position around 20-30 hours per week with a pay range between $30 and $40 per hour depending on the role. Thank you!!

Hi! I'm Cyndie. I'm a mother of 3 boys; they are older now so I have flexibility in work and in play! I have twins that were 9 1/2 weeks premature and a 3 year old at the time soI I definitely know how to juggle children and family responsibilities I enjoy watching kids' sports. My boys played soccer since they were 3 years old, t-ball, baseball, basketball, track & field and football. I was a really active parent. I was Vice President of the PTA, VP of Membership, Chairperson of Family Fun nights and an Art Docent for their classrooms for two years. I also participated in booster clubs to raise money for the sports. I enjoy walking, bike riding, easy/moderate hiking (nothing too crazy!). I belong to the YMCA where I take Zumba, cycling, a weight class, yoga, pilates and cardio/weights. I just recently bought a guitar and I plan on taking lessons. I am very close to my 3 sons so I enjoy doing various things with them. In addition, I have a 13 year old dog, who thinks he's a puppy! In the past, I worked 7 years at the Kent School District, both in the office and as an Instructional Assistant. I worked some with autistic children and children with learning disabilities. Hello families! My name is Daikwan (however, I do go by Ryan). I am currently employed through Bellevue School District working as an educator for 3rd and 4th grade students. My prior experience working with children include working as a TA in a middle and elementary school setting, summer camp/after-school educator, and 2 years of prior nanny/babysitter experience as well. I work with all ages such as newborns, infants, toddlers, preschool, and school age. I love working with young kids as I approach each child as an individual who I get to help grow and teach. Hey Families, My name is Raniah and I'm 22 years old and I live in Des Moines, WA. I just completed my under grad at the University of the Pacific. I graduated with a major in English and minor in Teaching Professions so that I can become an English teacher. I want to become a teacher because working with kids is something I'm super passionate about and is a job that I know will have an impact. I want my future students to enjoy attending school and being in my classroom because school should be fun and provide good memories. I absolutely love being around kids and working with them at all ages it honestly doesn't matter, all of them are great. I've babysat since I was 16 working with a wide range of ages all the way from infants to 12 year olds. I’ve worked at a summer camp for the past 3 years with ages 5-12. Although I mainly babysit for younger ages I’ve got experience working with older kids through my teaching degree. I do fieldwork so I go to schools and help out in a classroom, so that helps add to my experience working with kids from 12-18. I'm super good with kids; everyone around me has always told me that. I love working with kids because they are one super fun, two you can learn a lot yourself through working with children, and third knowing that I can make a child's experience in life better and put a smile on their face is honestly the best thing. I do have my license so getting places isn't a problem. I know lots of fun games and ways to keep kids occupied, plus I'm a kid at heart so I enjoy them as well :).
