My grandson says I am “kid friendly” and I have not missed a day of his life, now 26 years. Flexibility is okay and being with sick children is fine. I do not charge by hour I charge by day that way if a kid or I am not able to work you will not be charged for that day. I am willing to work on prices as well currently I charge $50 per child.
