I recently resigned from my full-time job as a ELL Para Educator at the Highline Public School District to be a stay-at-home mom for my kids. I wanted to be more available to my family, especially my new baby. My job at the school district provided me with the great opportunity to work with elementary aged children. I spent most of the year working with Kindergarteners, tutoring them, encouraging and supporting students who were learning English as their second language.
