Hi, my name is Mavis, I graduated from college a couple of years ago and worked as a graphic designer and artist for a while. I recently went back to school for some professional training. I started babysitting 9 years ago, I’ve been giving care to infants, toddlers and older kids. At the same time, I work with kids in age 3-14 as an art teacher. I get along with kids pretty well, and I enjoy my time with them. I am a patient and caring person. I like animals, especially dogs. In my past caregiving experience, I usually make art with kids, play the piano, go on walks to parks, pickup and provide simple meals, singing, dancing, reading books, etc. I am looking forward to meet your family and offer my help!

Hi! A little about me—I’m a kind, patient, and loving nanny who truly enjoys being around children. I have a calm, easygoing personality and strive to create a safe, happy, and nurturing environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves. I genuinely love spending time with children—playing, learning, and helping them explore the world around them. I take the time to get to know each child for who they are, building a strong, trusting connection and encouraging them in a positive and fun way. I believe children thrive when they feel listened to, cared for, and valued. I focus on making each day meaningful by balancing play, learning, and routine in a way that supports healthy growth—emotionally, mentally, and physically. Patience, consistency, and kindness are very important to me in my approach to childcare. I also really value working closely with parents. I understand how busy life can get, and I’m here to support your family by helping with day-to-day care while making sure your child feels loved and secure. My goal is to be someone you can trust and rely on, and to be a positive, caring presence in your child’s life.

We've had a great experience with Eunice, and would be happy to hire her again. She took excellent care of our 4-year-old twins, being patient & kind with them as well as highly professional in all her interactions with us.

Hello! My name is Maya and I currently live in Bellevue. I’m originally from Honolulu, Hawaii but I moved to Washington in 2020 for school, and I graduated from UW in 2024 with my B.S in speech and hearing sciences! I worked at an early childcare center with infants-pre-k children from 2021-2024 and have babysat since 2021. I am currently CPR/First-Aid certified. I currently work as a speech therapist in a pediatric therapy clinic where I provide services to children between the ages of 3-12! I have the amazing opportunity to work very closely and co-treat with occupational therapists and mental health therapists so I have been able to learn some strategies from therm. I previously worked providing speech therapy for a school district where I got to collaborate with resource, life skills, and SEL teachers so I am very familiar with various SpEd departments!

I am a mother to 3 children ages 12, 15 and 17. My oldest son has Autism Spectrum Disorder with a language impairment. I have worked with children since I was a teenager. I loved staying at home with my children when they were little. I am currently a first year middle school teacher in Florida but am moving back home to Washington state mid-March. I have nannied on the side in my 20s and started again last year. I would like to nanny full-time.

I can’t say enough good things about Sara’s care my daughter received. From day one, Sara treated my daughter like her own. She was warm, attentive, and genuine in her care. She consistently honored my role as the mom, always checking in and respecting my wishes. If new opportunities came up, she communicated first making no assumptions, always with thought and consideration. Beyond that, she went above and beyond in creating meaningful experiences for my daughter. From regular trips to the library and children’s museums to book-themed activities, the state fair, cultural outings, the botanical gardens, and the zoo. Every moment was thoughtfully planned and enriching. She even introduced my daughter to different cultures through food, giving her opportunities to try new cuisines in a fun and age appropriate way, and after checking with me to gain my approval. It is rare to find someone who provides such intentional, respectful, and enriching care. I’m incredibly grateful because she made a lasting impact on my daughter’s growth and development.

We moved from Austin, Texas, to Bellevue, WA, on June 14, 2023. We love it here. About my background: I home-schooled my children leading to their acceptance into Rhode Island School of Design (full scholarship,) Columbia University and Princeton University. Subsequently, I obtained my bachelor's, master's and PhD degrees in political science, the latter degree at the age of 55. Starting in 2017, I made 17 trips around the country to serve as a sitter educator for my granddaughter. After that I was a nanny educator in Austin, Texas, for her brother. Occasionally I managed care and education for both brother and sister, together. We moved to Bellevue Washington in June of 2023 to continue part-time care for the two grandchildren. Since then, I am working also for other families as a nanny educator and enjoy all age groups. My work includes educating children of all abilities as well as taking care of basics, such as hygiene, meal preparation and story-telling. Through all of my childcare services, I encourage children to develop self-motivation. Please contact me to check my availability.

Rebekah is a kind, reliable and intelligent teacher. We have known her for over a year and she has become an integral part of our family. Her greatest strengths are her patience and dedication towards her students as well as the kindness and respect she has towards her students' special needs and individuality. She communicates well with the parents and keeps us updated at all times. She constantly seeks ways to keep her student engaged and happy. All of the above attributes also makes her an excellent choice if you are seeking a caregiver, teacher or babysitter. I would highly recommend Rebekah in this regard.

Hi! My name is Kestrel and I'm 31 years old, born and raised in Seattle! I love spending time with little humans and supporting families. When you choose to hire me as your nanny, you're entrusting me not only with your child's safety and wellbeing, but with their childhood; their sense of wonder, their sense of security, their future memories. I strive to build genuine trust and connection and follow their lead whenever possible. I love reading aloud, coloring, making art, listening to music, and playing outside! My educational background is in psychology and communications, and I've taken several courses on child development. I've had several wonderful experiences caring for neurodivergent kids, including nonverbal kids and kids with high support needs. Outside of nannying, I work part-time as a freelance editor and continue to study editing through the University of Washington. I'm bilingual (English and Brazilian Portuguese), an animal lover, a dog mom, and a proud auntie to two amazing kids! On my days off, you can find me treasure hunting at thrift stores and flea markets, out to brunch with my family, or enjoying nature.

I'm a nurturing firstborn and current psychology student with years of hands-on caregiving experience. Growing up as the big sister, I naturally took on the role of caregiver; managing routines, providing emotional support, and creating a safe, fun environment for my younger brother as well as cousins. That experience, combined with my studies in psychology, has given me a deeper understanding of children’s needs, development, and emotions. Parents describe me as dependable, patient, and engaging, and I love making kids feel both cared for and excited to learn and play. Whether it’s after-school routines, weekend care, or special occasions, I bring warmth, responsibility, and a genuine love for children to every family I work with.

Hello, My name is Sarah, and I am a single mom living in Edmonds with my 16-year-old son. While working in childcare facilities, I have seen first-hand how the children can become unintentionally overlooked due to an overcrowded setting. I know peace-of-mind is necessary when finding a caretaker for your child, and that is something I am willing and wanting to provide.
