Hello! My name is Savannah and I am currently a student at Grand Canyon Univeristy in Phoenix, Arizona. I currently have a 3.8 GPA and am going to school for early childhood education. I grew up with a blended family and I have 7 siblings. I have always loved coordinating events and babysitting my siblings and cousins. Some of my responsibilities were changing, assisting with the bathroom, and helping with motor skills. Summer 2024, I was a part-time nanny for a 6 year old boy. On a typical day, I transported him from summer academy back home and then we did lots of fun crafts and activities throughout the day. During my sophomore year at GCU (2024-2025), I worked with an infant part time. My roles and responsibilities consisted of diaper changes, bottle feedings, transitioning to solids, naps, supporting development milestones, attending doctors meetings, and age appropriate activities/outings until the child was of age to attend a daycare. This year (2026) I watched a toddler under the age of 2 part-time. Unfortunately this family is moving away and I am looking for another position. I am a student and working through my graduating semester of Spring 2024-2025 at Waukesha County Technical College and I have been working at Kids’ Connection Childcare Center in Mukwonago for 2 ½ years as an Assistant and Floating teacher and worked in all the room with children the ages of 6 weeks to 6 years old.
