I am a full-time nanny in the city of Naperville, IL. I care for two pre-school & elementary school aged girls as a live-out nanny and am looking for an addl part-time pisition. I organize play by setting up play-dates, taking the girls to the park, and making sure they have plenty of opportunities to enjoy fun crafts at home. I prepare healthy meals, load dishes for clean-up afterward, and make sure the girls are toileted (changed in the case of the youngest child) and clean, happy, healthy, and safe. They enjoy me and we always find ways to have fun. Their toys are always picked up and laundry done by the end of the day. They have been schooled in good manners, and poor behavior is addressed, and if need be, time-outs are given for discipline. As the kids grow and learn occasions for discipline grow more and more infrequent. Learning and being presented with the challenges of trying new things are an on-going experience. Our days are full and fun and pass quickly the girls are well-rested and pleasant and enjoy our group endeavors but are also given much-needed individual attention.

I have 8 years of experience watching children as I am the oldest of 4! I am 20 years old and I work full time as a teaching assistant in a preschool setting. I am trained in CPR, medication administration, and abusive head trauma prevention. Back in Illinois I was a teacher at 16 for being an assistant and than going forward different schools I was a teacher assistant. My last school hoping I could stay in Illinois but it was too expensive I ran the baby room with 11 kids and at one point I had 8 at once age from 3 months to one year. After the baby room I got transferred to take over the three year old room that had special needs/help potty train. When I moved to Wisconsin teaching wasn’t paying well so I decided to become a manager at Arby’s and now i decided to go back into child care/babysitting.
