pet care for my border collie

I need someone to pick me up in the morning at 7:30am, take me to work, drop me off, take my car, and make sure my border collie gets a walk in the middle of the day. Then I need to be picked up at work around 3:15 to 4:00pm and dropped at home. thanks.
