Wile - 3 year old Male all black GSD approx 80 lbs

Need someone to pick him up from my house in Merrimack NH and take him out to use the bathroom and walk him/play fetch. Also refill water as needed before leaving. Ideally, this would be for an hour between 9am and 11am Mon - Thu every week. I can pay daily or weekly. Must be familiar with prong and e-collar. He has barrier frustration. He will bark at other dogs if he sees them while being on a leash or in the car/thru the window. Must be taken to secluded spot for walk/play. Am open to other types of care, but I can only select 1.
