Hanako has cared for our (very active and curious) 1yo boy on Mondays for the last few months, and she does a terrific job. There was no transition period needed for him, and he loves her. She is flexible, professional, on time, dependable, and always has a great attitude. We continue to rely on her for care and would highly recommend her to others!
