Not often would we consider such a scathing review, but anyone who cares about their pets and home needs to know the truth about Molly. We contracted her to care for our elder cat, young rescue dog and large home. She seemed nice at first, but that all changed once we were gone - thank goodness we have cameras to show us what was happening! She failed to meet the schedule requirements on a regular basis, sending daily texts as to why she couldn't. She failed to provide proper exercise to the dog, mostly just standing in the yard texting on her phone while he begged for attention. Inside the home she failed to perform many of the needed services. And last but not least, she removed items from our home without permission. We had to terminate her services while we were on a three-week out-of-country trip and hire someone new from a distance - ugh. We requested that she "right her wrongs", but she has been defensive and argumentative. On arrival home we will be pursuing a small claims suit against her for damages and also speaking with the S.O. about theft charges. She couldn't have been a worst choice, and it is highly recommended to avoid using her services!
