when I first met Ashley she seemed really nice and sweet! She had little experience to be a nanny for infant despite that She assured that she really wants this job and loves babies! We saw potential in her and we offer her a job! She accepted our offer and she was ready to be start! The day she was supposed to start she messaged 9 hours ago that she accepted the job with other families and she won't be able to come tomorrow! Which created so much stress to find another nanny and interviewing them! I doubt that if she even take this job seriously. She bailed on first day which tells me that she is very unreliable ! I had to write this review to warn all mom out there who just want less stress and have a nanny whom they can trust completely !
