I am with Charlotte's Way Rescue(CWR) and we are looking for fosters for our rescued dogs. When you foster, you agree to take a homeless dog into your home, give him or her love, care & attention until the dog is adopted. We are a non-profit rescue based in Tucson and are in need of indivduals who would consider opening up their home to an dog in need. Fostering through our rescue means that you would house a dog until we are able to find a permanent, loving home for him/her. We have dozens of dogs currently in need of foster care, from puppies to senior dogs.
Our fosters allow us to saves lives and are the backbone of our rescue. Below is a general outline of what we provide for our fosters and what we ask of our fosters in regards to the care of our dogs. CWR Responsibilities:
• We will provide a crate, leash, collar, bowls, 1st bag of dog food (more if available) and tags
• We will spay/neuter all animals places in foster care at our own cost
• We will provide appropriate shots, microchip, deworming medications, and flea/tick removal or prevention when needed
• We will cover all veterinary costs incurred for the proper care of our rescued animals. Veterinary care must be done at partner vet locations except for in emergency situations
• We will cover the costs for grooming if more than brushing and bathing is needed

What we ask of our fosters:
• Must provide food at appropriate times as well as clean, fresh water at all times.
• Provide adequate shelter that will protect from harsh weather conditions. Shelter must provide shade as well as protect the dog from rain and wind. The dog should not be an outside only dog.
• Provide love, affection and attention.
• Provide adequate grooming and brushing.
