Managing veterinary hospitals, in Banfield Pet Hospital's field and corporate office, in PetSmart store management, and most recently in store operations for a whole-diet dog food company, specializing in premium nutrition. Struggling with the challenges of the current pet service industry, she was determined to start a movement and company that would redefine pet service.
