I was so terrified when I realized I HAD to find a babysitter from off the internet because I did not personally know anyone whom I would trust with my, then, 1-year old girl. When I first interviewed Vivian I knew I was talking to someone with whom I was on the same page. It felt like a miracle! She takes the responsibility of child care very seriously, while keeping the mood light and letting my daughter take the lead during play-time. Vivian was instrumental in getting my girl potty-trained! I could not be more grateful for that! It is obvious to me that our Miss Vivian possesses a knack; an intuitive special skill for connecting with kids and inspiring overall growth in the whole family. She's always on time too!

Vivian started watching our youngest son twice a week and then occasionally would watch both our boys ages 2 and 5. She helped stay with our youngest while we were moving and was a dependable presence in his life with so much change around him. She is very calm and patient which is wonderful with little boys. We only have her sit in the evening now and the boys are thrilled when she comes to the door. We have had her as a sitter for almost a year and our boys love that she sings them a song before bed. I feel consistency is important in little people's lives and Vivian is a reliable warm person that continues to watch our boys.

Vivian has been helping us care for our 2 1/2 year old for the past 9 months. She has picked him up from his daycare and gets him to bed once a week. He's always been happy to see her and play with her.

She's incredible caring, listens to him and his needs, and when he's in bed - she has been great in helping to tidy up our apartment. We love that she plays with him and his toys, reads him books, and gets him to try new veggies which is a big deal. She's always on time and communicative to us with her schedule as well. And, in her experience with kids and working with many families often has ideas on what we might try if we are have some parenting questions. We've had a great experience with Vivian!
