I currently work at the Oakland Zoo as an educator and assistant director of zoocamp. I attended Penn State University and graduated with an Animal Science degree. I have lots of experience in vet hospitals, canine and domestic nutrition. I have all sorts of animal handling experience from domestics to exotics. Here at the zoo I handle lizards, tortoises, turtles, spiders, snakes, insects, hedgehogs, ferrets, geckos, cockatoo, parrots, chinchillas, pond turtles and frogs. I grew up raising pigs and cattle in 4-H on a small farm, I have 3 dogs (2 mini dachshunds, German Shepard). I am comfortable house sitting for any animal and also am available for walking and exercise. I am extremely flexible and can work around your schedule. Rates depend on intensity of care needed.
