I love children and animals as much as I love nature. I have the ability to be in the now moment, which enables me to slow down and focus on each child/pet, play with them, communicate with them and be with them in joy and love. I am energetic and imaginative. I have a degree in Fine Arts, so crafting is 2nd nature to me, along with make believe. I will play with your children/pets, I will talk to them, I will read to them, I will teach them new skills. If you want I will walk with them and take them to the park. I am a mother of a grown 36-year-old daughter and a grandmother of 2-year-old twins, a boy and a girl. I have 6 siblings, and as the 2nd to the oldest grew up babysitting. I started working as a babysitter at 12 years old, for neighbors and people who heard about me through word of mouth in the surrounding area at that time. At this time, I babysit my 2 grand children and my step granddaughter who is 11 years old when my daughter and son-in-law need me to. I also care give a 5 yr. old boy all day on Thurs., and twin, 1 yr. old boys on Mon. or Tues. for 6 hrs. That day is flexible.
