My husband and I interviewed Nicole for a position recently and while we ended up hiring someone who worked for a friend, we were tremendously impressed by Nicole. She was incredibly well-spoken, has years of experiences, showed a genuine interest in children and just had a wonderful warm manner. Her reference spoke very highly of her, too.
