Hi! My name is Kimberly, and I am a Registered Veterinary Technician in the state of CA. This is the animal equivalent of a Registered Nurse! I have worked in emergency medicine for the past 3 yrs. I was a neonate wildlife care specialist in the nursery at the San Diego Zoo Safari Park nursery for 10 yrs, and a zookeeper for 15 yrs, and I have a Bachelor’s of Science in Wildlife Biology, as well
As a 2nd degree in nutrition.
.I have 3 senior pets myself, and now own and operate a pet care company called Comfort Home Pet Care, I specialize in medical and senior pet care. With my medical background and extensive animal experience, I saw a need for highly skilled pet care for those of us who struggle to leave our high needs pets at home, or struggle to medicate or care for them at home.
