Not flexible, poor communication skills, not a good listener and talks over you. Would tell our daughter “no, don’t do that, give me that”- lots of old school techniques. Received two warnings from previous references that she bailed on a previous client -should’ve listened. We had a circumstance where we needed some extra help cooking for a month and was very rigid and not willing to help (said it wasn’t what was agreed upon but we already hired her owing she’d need to cooking/meal prep for our daughter). She also was uncomfortable with our daughter having separation anxiety and seemed unwilling to be patient with that process. She was sent home after 1 1/2 days. Not 1 star because our daughter did warm up to her and she was very playful with high energy. Better with babies than parents.
