Growing up I have always lived with pets. I had a dog for 14 years of my life that I always helped care for. I also have two cats that are about 12 years old now that I have especially had the responsibility of taking care of. We also have had fish my whole life that I feed every day. I became a caregiver because I absolutely love animals and caring for their well-being. I love it because it reminds me of my pets at home and I have had a lot of personal experience caring for animals.
