I will say this was one of the most unprofessional interactions I have had. Everything seemed fine the first day Jessica was out at our condo. She worked the full 8 hours and the day seemed to go well. We received a text the next morning at 5:30 am saying she was sick (totally understandable) and wouldn't be making it in. She calls in sick the next 2 days as well (Wednesday and Thursday) and we had only requested 4 days from her, so Friday was an off day anyways. We texted her this past Sunday night just to confirm if she would be coming on Monday morning (we had an uneasy feeling) and we received no text Sunday night. We expected one Monday, but received nothing and hoped she would be in at 7:30 am. The time went past and there was no Jessica. I texted at 8 am saying that we were done with this partnership and thought this no communication to be very irresponsible and unprofessional. To this time (11 am on Tuesday), we still have not heard from Jessica. This has now caused us to change our work schedules around and continue our nanny search when we thought we had the perfect one.
