I have extensive knowledge in front and back office, A few of my responsibilities were greeting patients, Answering high volume calls, Recording general diagnostic information, maintaining inventories, consultations, distributed educational information to patients as instructed by the chiropractor. Maintained organized files on all patients. Abide by HIPAA laws regarding sharing of personal medical information, attended to email correspondence, performed routine laboratory tests and sample analyses.. I am a bit of a reptile enthusiast at one time i have had over 70 reptiles not including the dogs cats and rodentia.
