I connected with Ireri and we did a test run with my boys, ensuring this was a good fit for both of us. I told her I could be flexible and that I just really needed reliability on Sundays. I told her that it was important that I could depend on someone because I didn't want to have a rotating cycle of sitters, and I wanted someone that could feel like family. On Sunday, she no-called, no showed and didn't get back to my text or phone call. Incredibly disappointed.
