I obtained my Masters degree in Psychology with a concentration in child development in 2020. For the past nine years, I have been trusted to care for infants, toddlers, and children (as old as 10 and as young as only a few weeks) on weeknight evenings, overnight, and on weekends. Duties include preparing meals, changing lots of diapers, bathing routines, laundry and cleaning, and bringing kids to sports practices and other activities. After many successful years in the corporate world, I am left partially unfulfilled and in search of something that I am passionate about. I have realized that it’s important for me to know that I am making a positive impact in someone’s life. The early years of childhood are the most critical for developing skills, healthy habits, and positive coping mechanisms that are applied and practiced throughout life. I am trained in CPR and First Aid by the American Red Cross, possess knowledge of developmental concepts, am highly organized, and I love to cook and prepare healthy meals.
