I am a 26 year old college student who grew up in an animal friendly home. I've had had an array of pets throughout my life including: dogs & cats, birds, guinea pigs & gerbils, fresh water fish and more. I have extensive experience with puppies & kittens as well as special needs pets- diabetes and insulin administration, general oral and external medication administration, thyroid condition, sensitive stomach & GI issues, severe allergic reactions and resulting anaphylaxis as well as general senior care! I currently have 2 dogs, a yellow lab, Cody and little terrier mix, Beau as well as a cat, Romeo, who are my "children"! To me, my pets are family members.. not just a dog or cat. I have taken a course on general pet first aid as well as beginner and advanced doggy obedience. I specialize in 'in your home' short term and extended stay/ overnight pet sitting as well as dog walking on a daily or as needed basis. I volunteer regularly at animal rescue shelters and I'm very involved with rescuing stray, abandoned and lost pets. I have a passion for all animals and will treat your pet family members as my own, giving them the utmost care and love in your absence.
