I spoke with Miranda by phone then we set up a meeting at 3pm the next day to meet. At 3:00 a text came from her, "I'm just leaving be there soon." I then told her "nevermind, if we can't trust you to be on time for this how can we trust you to be on time for our girls." She then acted confused with a "so I should turn around?" , "I live just 10 min away", and "you wasted my time." Normally I wouldn't respond anymore to these kinds of excuses but it felt like she really didn't understand the problem, so I reiterated that if she arrived 10 min late to pick my girls up at school they would be very upset and she would be fired then. I added that in this way we had saved each other from wasting days instead of just minutes. She, as was expected at this point, got in the last word "Ur crazy". I beleive her responses prove her immaturity but as I said in the title, you be the judge of what this exchange says about her.
