Calm, kind, and flexible are three words I'd use to describe Donna. She was very patient and gentle in her way of correcting my 2 year old's behavior. She went with the flow and was there when I needed her. Unfortunately, she had to relocate for her college program otherwise we would not be hiring another sitter. I only have one minor critique and that is that I would have liked her to be a little more 'hands on' in the sense of playing games and thinking of things to do with my child. I'm still rating her five stars because I believe that it has to do with culture and I feel like she was still engaged in her job. I felt my child was safe and cared for. I felt comfortable with her quickly and I'm sure many other families would as well. She's a pretty amazing young woman.
