Hello!

My name is Rosa and I am proud to be a middle school teacher who is passionate about her job and career. However, all my students know that even though I love teaching, I may just like working with animals a little bit more. So many of my friends have called me the animal whisperer. I love animals. I love their personality and the symbiotic energy they both give and receive. I don't mind getting dirty - you can catch me at all the petting zoos.

I have a not-so-little 60-pound baby named Jovi Lynn. She is a rescue mix of a boxer and a greyhound. She came into my life as a 13-week-old pup with crippling anxiety. While she still struggles and has some special needs, she is thriving and living her best life as my best friend and snuggle buddy. I also have 2 guinea pigs, Ginger and Snickers, and 4 parakeets (Lemon Drop and Bluey, Anna and Elsa - all named by my younger siblings).

In the past, I have also owned fish, a snake, turtles, you name it! I also have experience working with some exotic animals (marmoset monkeys, sugar gliders, snakes...) and other larger animals (goats, horses, cows).

I am comfortable with providing care in my home for smaller animals and am more than happy to care for your fur babies in your home as well.
