When I first met Jordan, I thought she was a nice woman. Jordan was hired on October 30th and she is no longer with our family. Jordan’s 1st day was November 1st and everything was fine.She picked the boys up from school and dropped the home.On November 2nd I received a text stating that she wanted to talk in private after dropping the boys off. We talked in private and she told me she would either have to finish out this week or get an increase in pay because of the distance(she was very apologetic and blamed it on herself) I was a little confused because Jordan told my Husband and I what she charged and that she wanted to be paid everyday, which we agreed to. She also knew about the distance during the interview. While we were at Dollar Tree we informed her the boys school was 15-20 minutes going one way and our home was 5 minutes the opposite way. I told Jordan I would get back to her because I needed to speak to my husband. I didn’t get back to Jordan until November 3rd(the next day) and told her we agreed to the pay increase and we only needed her for pickups. She replied back “okay”. I thought everything was fine until I received a text on November 4th at 4:08am from Jordan stating that she only wanted the job for the Saturday’s and she’s going to finish this week for the original price she gave and “That’s it” she didn’t know why her Saturday’s were taken away. Jordan never discussed this on November 3rd when I told her that we only needed her for pick ups. She text back “okay” and nothing else. I responded back that she did not have to finish out this week ,nice meeting her and have a great day. I should have known when she changed the price(even though she told us what she charged) and talked about the distance (even though she knew the distance during the interview) that she wasn’t going to be a good fit. ForJordan to text me she only took the job for Saturday’s, showed me she never had my children best interest and the things she said when she filled out an application to apply for this job were all lies, she just said those things to work on Saturday’s. I would NOT recommend her to any family. October 30th hired, first day November 1st , second and last day November 2nd. You be the judge!
