I received one generic message with a cell #. So I responded both in App and Cell couple of times and I did not hear back at all.

Merrell is sweet, attenuative, and is just all around easy going. My Ethan adores her !

She arrived early, and was great with the kids. We have three small children - 1,3, and 5. We had an emergency and she agreed to work longer than we had originally anticipated. She was very flexible, and when we asked her how she would handle certain situations, she was happy to handle any situation, whether it be discipline or bed time, as we typically do to keep the kids in their normal routine. We will be calling Merrell in the future to care for our little ones.
