My name is Crystal, and I genuinely enjoy helping families make life a little easier. As someone who has spent most of my life caring for children, pets, and others, I understand how challenging it can be to balance work, family responsibilities, and everything else that fills our days.

I bring a unique combination of professional experience, education, and real-life caregiving to every family I work with. I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working one-on-one with children, including children with autism and other developmental needs. I am also a certified paraprofessional, substitute teacher, and CPR/First Aid certified.

Beyond my professional background, caregiving has always been a part of who I am. I grew up as the oldest child in a large family, helping care for younger siblings and relatives from an early age. I’ve worked in daycare settings, public schools, and behavioral health, giving me experience with children of all ages, personalities, and abilities.

As a mom whose daughter is now away at college, I have more flexibility in my schedule and would love the opportunity to support other families. Whether you need a nanny, babysitter, pet sitter, companion caregiver, household helper, or an extra set of hands, I am dependable, patient, and happy to help.

I’m an animal lover and share my home with two spoiled pups—a Shih Tzu and a Yorkie—who keep life entertaining. (The only pets I’m not especially brave around are spiders!)
