Our family hired Brittany starting in early 2019 to care for our 3 and 5 year old daughters. Brittany was more than we ever could have hoped for! Right from the start, she was warm, nurturing, and willing to jump into the girls' imaginative play. I was impressed with her ability to join their world and expand their imagination by asking lots of open-ended questions to keep the creative play in motion.

When I went back to work full-time in the early summer months, Brittany was able to shift her schedule to accommodate our needs, working for us full-time. My children received a very high quality level of care with Brittany. She naturally adapts to a child's personality and has an intuitive way of anticipating their needs. Brittany knew a lot about the Atlanta area and always had wonderful ideas for outings and ways to switch up the girls' routine in a cost-effective way to make sure they received enrichment and stimulation outside our townhouse in the city, whether it was a nature preserve, a prayground in the park, or a visit to the pet shop. She was attentive to us as parents and always made sure to check in with us about the kids' days or concerns she was having.

As an individual, Brittany is a very reliable, resourceful, and stable caregiver. She always brought a positive and joyful attitude into our household, and we still have a great relationship with her, even after the move to NYC. I would wholeheartedly recommend Brittany to any family with working parents who need an authentic, responsible, nurturing and easygoing nanny for those tender years leading up to school. She had a positive, lasting impression on my girls, and they (well, we all do) really miss her!
